Same issue here, let me know if I can help with testing and/or debug
I having this exact same issue in my integration. Also with the same device model.
Hi,
I see the same issue with SCB1e firmware version 57060. Older models, firmware version 57052 show correct values.

Seems like it's firmware related (newer firmware shows different units). Is there a way to upgrade a SCB1e ? The two I already have in version 57060 are off by 1000. I have two with 57052 that show correct values. I could try and upgrade them to 57060. (I'm not using the Broadlink app at all, only the python and HA integration)

The problem
Hi, I have a Broadlink SCB1E control box (Firmware: 57060) that allows measuring input voltage and output current, however in Home Assistant these values are off by 1000. If I adjust the unit of measure it just changes the display, and I don't see any way to calibrate this to the correct unit.
Whereas the Broadlink app correctly reports 18/19 watts of power usage. Let me know if I can provide any other debugging information, thanks
