Hey there @danielhiversen, @felipediel, @l-i-am, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (broadlink
) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

I am seeing this issue too. 2 of my 3 RM4 mini's have lost their temp/humidity in HA. Both of these are running Firmware version 62092. The other which is still displaying temp/humidity is on firmware version 52079. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?
I have the same problem trying to add an RM4 Mini. I can see the RM4 itself in the integration, but it doesn’t show humidity/temp or devices added in the BroadLink App.
The BroadLink App works as intended.
Firmware 62092
I was having the same issue for several months. After updating to firmware v62093, the problem went away and temperature and humidity are in home assistant again.
I'm having this issue with v52079, but have no option to upgrade... weird.
I have V62092 and no option to upgrade 😳
I was about to write that I have the same issue, but I discovered I had the v62093 firmware. For those who cant update, i would try installing the firmware manually from a URL.
I forgot to mention, restarting the device and reloading the integration fixed my issue.
Any pointers on where to source such firmware urls? BroadLink doesn’t exactly advertise them.
I have sadly no idea. I did a little bit of research but the only thing i found was product manuals
Not making firmware available to the public should be illegal. Ill be trying to listen where this thing sends its requests for firmware updates to, so i can find out where they are
If it worked before with the current firmware, there's no need for an update, it must be something else. I don't have RM4 devices so I can't debug, but my RM pro temperature sensor is working with hass, the temperature is being pulled correctly. Try to delete the device and reconfigure the integration.
Hi , I have the same problem . the broadlink become unavailable on HA but it is ok from the app on cell .
the only solution in my case is the restart of broadlink cutting the power energy on device .
the log say : 2023-08-04 09:56:27.282 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.config_entries] Config entry 'Broadlink-RM4' for broadlink integration not ready yet: [Errno -4000] Network timeout: No response received within 10s; Retrying in background
Same problem here. RM4 mini v62092 Home Assistant 2023.9.2
Temp and humidity sensors stopped working on September 11th
Broadlink integration's debug log doesn't provide any useful information.
I disabled/enabled one of those entities and sensors started working again.
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. Please make sure to update to the latest Home Assistant version and check if that solves the issue. Same problem here - completely dropped out some time ago (probably months). But finally came back here to find I am not alone. No firmware changes on the device, but HA being kept pretty much up to date
Issue persists.
My home assistant is 100% up-to-date. Others have suggested updating the firmware, but my broadlink app doesn't show any firmware updates. I even reached out to broadlink support to ask if there was a manual method of updating, but I was told that no such firmware exists for my device.
To confirm, this used to work, until one it randomly stopped.
PS. for my setup, the broadlink app reports both temperature and humidity. So the device has the data.
I have the same issue now since trying to install a Linknlink device, During the install from their app it appeared that the radar sensor I was trying to set up had installed. It then prompted me to upgrade the firmware, which I did. After this the radar sensor was not responding. Upon closer inspection it turns out that the app had connected to my Broadlink RM4 and not the radar sensor. The firmware update seems to have updated my RM4 to V 62106. After I discovered this I deleted it from the Linknlink app and then had to sort out installing it back into the Broadlink app, It is now working again but without the temperature and humidity sensors.
Looking at the Linknlink app and the Broadlink app they are almost identical. Does this mean that they are related in some way?
In any case i have no option to go back to the previous firmware now. I've sent an email to Broadlink and await a response,
One of my Broadlink remotes stopped reporting Temperature and Humidity to HA in March of 2023, the second one worked fine (same firmware, go figure) until about a week ago when it too stopped reporting said values.

Where do you see this in the Broadlink app?

See my reply on your thread over at the HA forum. Hope this helps (all of you).

Yes, thank you! This resolved the issue. I recorded my exact steps to fix the issue in the thread as well.
Great, I'm glad you guys found out what it was. There is a button in the Broadlink app to lock/unlock the device. It needs to be unlocked so that hass can communicate with it
@home-assistant close
FWIW - having just seen the up date - my device was unlocked, but still didn't report humidity or temperature. However as soon as I deleted it from the Broadlink App, all was well.
The problem
The Broadlink integration no longer pulls Temperature and Humidity values from my Broadlink RM4 pro:
Unfortunately I had this device unplugged over the winter (as I use it to control an air conditioner). Now that it's summer, the sensors are no longer working.
It seems that I'm not the only one with this issue: https://community.home-assistant.io/t/broadlink-rm-mini-temperature-humidity-no-longer-available-after-recent-ha-os-update/542219
