Hello Allen.
Yes it’s a Tuya cam, helo by strong camera kit to be more precise. I’ve reported the issue under stream worker because this was the source of the error log.

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. I have the same problem. Does anyone have a solution?
Same issue here happening since the release of 2023.12 with 6 Tuya cameras (Geeni Merkury):
Error opening stream (HTTP_NOT_FOUND, Server returned 404 Not Found)
Note: I have 5 other cameras (Tapo Cameras and Nest), I am able to get the streams in HA.
