Generic Camera - Snapshot are taken sometimes with low resolution

The problem

I have 14 IP Camera (12 Vstarcam/Eye4 and other 2 Cloud Edge). They are all configured as Generic Camera with RTSP stream but without any still image url. When I use the service camera.snapshot, sometimes I get the images with full resolution, some other time, I got low resolution images.
