I have a similar problem. I can't integrate the Oral B 8000. Older long ago integrated toothbrushes work. The new ones cannot be integrated - they are not recognized.
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. The problem
Oral-B do not connect my 4000 series brush, only to neighbor 8000 series. The BT passive scanner detects the brush if it is turned on.

Additional information
The passive BLE sensor from HACS detects the brush and the plugin detects next door neighbor brush and installs if needed. My 4000 series do not connect though it is connected and working on iPhone on Oral-B app.
