The problem

When choosing to store your HA backup's on a NAS the saved backups on that NAS are not getting the same name as the ones in the HA configuration.

I can add that I'm using a SMB share on a TrueNAS system.

sdholden28 commented 11 months ago

I have a network share mapped via SMB on a QNAP nas unit. I can confirm the same issue.

Hi I tried now as well on the latest version, same issue, a good thing I noticed is that the folder is in sync with Hassio. If I remove backups in Hassio they are removed from the the Nas, and if I remove them from the Nas they are removed from Hassio.

So only thing not being as expected is the fact that the names are not correct. Maybe for future it would be good to notify the user if the external drive is not accesable and the backups are gone?
