Hey there @imicknl, @vlebourl, @tetienne, @nyrodev, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (overkiz
) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

Please add your diagnostics.
I don’t think we can help here, since Navilink devices don’t use the Overkiz API. Atlantic is mixing multiple APIs in their mobile app. If you search for Navilink on this GitHub repo and the HA community forum, you will find more context.
@syl2042 can you provide the requested information? Otherwise we will close this issue.

Hi, I'm in the same configuration (Atlantic Naema 2 DUO + Navilink 128 thermostat) and I have the same problem, the integration says my device is not supported. I'm new to HomeAssistant, what diagnostics do you want ?
@gduteil if the integration prompts that your device is not supported, your device is not supported unfortunately.

ok, I'll check if I can plug directly on the boiler to control and get infos, maybe between the Navilink receiver and the boiler
@gduteil @syl2042 For information, I have opened a discussion for the integration of Navilink 128 thermostat, using Zigbee2MQTT.
I will close this issue here since we cannot support this via the Overkiz integration. Good to discuss on the community forum, since there is an API, someone 'just' needs to reverse engineer it.

@TTR6214 I started another approach using an OpenTherm gateway, can you send the link to the discussion ?
@gduteil, I edited my previous post. Here the link : https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt/discussions/16807
The problem
I use Cozytouch for few Atlantic's radiators and have no problem for integration in HA with Overkiz. I just changed my boiler for an Atlantic Naema 2 DUO. I have it on Cozytouch application, but overkiz don't find it. I think the problem is in Cosytouch app, the boiler isn't an equipment, but a zone. And i don't know why after 3 ou 4 installation. Cozytouch see my boiler as a room, and not as an equipment.
I use the Navilink 128 thermostat. Who is a zigbee protocol.
Do you have an idea a about that? Is it possible to use MQTT for that?
Thanks a lot per advance.
Sylvain.
