Legrand's Smart Electrical Panel Netatmo products don't show up on Netatmo's integration #98949

The problem

Legrand's Smart Electrical Panel Netatmo products connected to the Legrand's Gateway with Netatmo doesn't show up. All the swithches appear on Home+ Control app from Legrand, but not on Home Assistant using the Netatmo integration. Tried both Legrand Home+ Control and Netatmo integrations. Legrand Home+ Control integration seems deprecated as it doesn't show any devices or entities after a correct configuration. Netatmo integration just shows a few items, but not everything connected to the Gateway.

I have this one : https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/98080 may be related too : I miss only some classes of devices

JeedPi commented 1 year ago

Hello there,

Same problem for me. I have Legrand remote switches ("télérupteur" in French) on my electrical panel, which worked with the Legrand integration, but are not detected by the Netatmo integration. This means three of the lights won't work anymore without the Legrand integration.

On the bright side, the Netatmo integration detects shutters, so it was a big improvement on the Legrand integration :)

Thank you if you have any time to work on this!

jrozelle commented 1 year ago

Same here for remotes switches :-(

branch3 commented 1 year ago

Same here only 40 devices in Hass from the netatmo API integration

cgtobi commented 1 year ago

Please provide details on which devices are missing.

alafon commented 1 year ago

Just to let you know. I had to regenerate an API key to have devices (like 064879 cable outlets) that were not included at first in Netatmo... now I have them. But it only shows a switch and does not display consumption :(

On the other hand, this works using Z2M but I'd prefer to stay with the Legrand app to integrate my heaters cuz it's more stable and secure.

This thread still lacks details to provide a fix or implement missing functionality.
