It also opens a PR automatically. I guess we could also introduce an issue template later and import directly from the code block.

As an example I opened issue https://github.com/tjorim/devices/issues/25 with the file from https://github.com/home-assistant/devices/issues/22, PR https://github.com/tjorim/devices/pull/26 was automatically created on my fork.

I had to disable the workflow for now while taking a look at the security implications for running something with write access
