Entity picker: list is un-filtered after re-selecting the picker #18624

Describe the issue you are experiencing

Instead of closed https://github.com/home-assistant/frontend/issues/17473


  1. Open Entities card, Statistics graph card - or probably any card with a similar picker.
  2. Start typing a substring to find a needed entity.
  3. The list is properly reduced.
  4. Do not select any entity, leave the field (de-select).
  5. Select the field.
  6. The list is not filtered.

The list should be filtered after re-selecting.
