Font color in dark mode remains dark when using Cast #19615

Describe the issue you are experiencing

Popup titles and badge labels are black when using dark mode when casting a dashboard, which makes it impossible to read.

Describe the behavior you expected

These texts should switch to a white text color, similar to how it works when viewing the dashboard in a standard browser.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Create a dashboard with badges and an entities card with some entities in it
  2. Cast dashboard to a Chromecast device
  3. Look at the badges, click on an entity and look at the popup titles
