Settings Devices has a filter that can't be cleared and doesn't show all the devices #21017

Checklist

Describe the issue you are experiencing

Hi Devices tab in Settings has a filter applied which can't be cleared and therefore not showing all the devices.
It also seems to have a filter for 'Disabled' always set.

The cross doesn't appear when you first go into Devices as shown in the screenshot below

image

The cross only appears after you click 'Filters' once as shown below

Also note that when it says filtering by 'MyPlace' but MyPlace is not ticked anywhere on the filter list at all.

A second point is that, understood that it should remember if you went from Integration to Devices and it's useful to remember the integration you were looking at just before you clicked devices. However I have clicked other integrations and gone back to home, Settings->Devices and MyPlace filter is still on and I can't see all the devices. Initially I thought it was remembering the last integration I had looked at but that is not the case.

Third related issue is that the filter count badge is showing 2 (sometimes 4 randomly).

When I open the filter and seems to have selected 'Disabled' by default and the badge drops to 1 image

Here is an example when 'State' filter count is 2 image

but when I expand, the badge drops to 1 and 'Disabled' is selected image

I can reproduce this every time both on Chrome and Edge.

Describe the behavior you expected

Going from Home->Settings->Devices should display all the devices without any filters

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to Settings->Devices->Click on 'Advantage Air'->Devices
  2. Go back to Home Assistant Overview
  3. Settings->Devices & services
  4. There is a 'filter' applied described above which only shows Advantage Air devices
