Hi,
first of all, thank you all for all the great work to bring this masterpiece to the world.
Secondly, I'm reporting multiple bugs in Home assistant frontend, not sure if i'm supposed to separate it , just excuse me to post them all here. all the bugs i'm reporting is showing only when changing the language to any language that uses right-to-left script such as Arabic which i'm using.
the first one is in the "slider-container","sliderContainer"
the second on is in the text size or alignment in thermostat card "temperature inside slider-center"
the third one is in the Alarm panel header "card-header" the icon covering the first word
when changing the padding to {padding: 12px 75px 16px;} the card header appears appropriately
the fourth one is in the media player card the icon covering the three dots and the start icon covering the media library icon
the fifth one is in the horizontal-stack-card cards inside horizontal card are close together and the spacing is in the wrong direction
Describe the behavior you expected
same as other language layout but for language that uses right-to-left script
Steps to reproduce the issue
change the UI language to Arabic or any other language that uses right-to-left script
