I just found this info in their API documentation. Maybe a link to this or adding this to the integration page would be helpful.

Frequency Related Tracking updates will be pushed to your webhook endpoint automatically every 3~12 hours based on the main status of each package last checked. If the status last cheked was delivered or an exception, the next update will be pushed in 24 hours. All endpoints has a request limit of 3req/s,meaning only 3 requests can be made in a second. Operation that exceeds the limit will result in a 429 error. You can only change carrier for 5 times. A stopped tracking number can be tracked again using the retracked endpoint. This action can only be done for one time. A tracking of a number will be stopped when: No update within 30 days. No update within 15 days after the status turned to delivered. Result will be kept for 90 days after the tracking of a number stops. After that, the data will be erased.

How often does the integration check in for updates? Is there a way to force check for updates? Can we get this information publicly?
