The Twitch integration will allow you to monitor Twitch channel status from within Home Assistant and setup automation based on the information.

→ The Twitch integration will allow you to monitor Twitch status of followed channels within Home Assistant and setup automation based on the information.

The integration creates a sensor entity for each followed channel sensor.[channelname] retrieves status of channel (online/offline)

Attributes: Followers (Total Followers on that channel) Views Subscribed (Boolean) Subscription is gifted (Boolean) Following (Boolean) Following since (Date/Time) Game (Game / Category) Title (Text)

Very useful integration for me

I setup an automation (TTS and Display) based on the status of some channels.
