I am attempting to sign in to my grandmother’s account, to test if I can use an RGB light bulb to help her track her glucose. Because of the note about numeric passwords, I believe it may be relevant that when her account was registered, it was set up using her phone number as the username rather than her email address. Could this cause issues? Are you aware of any users who use a phone number to sign in to Dexcom? I tried the full 10-digit phone number, as well as with a 1, and a +1 prefix.
Hey there @gagebenne, mind taking a look at this feedback as it has been labeled with an integration (dexcom) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!
