Check Successful Implementation of Local Fulfillment #33547

Closed User873902 closed 2 weeks ago

User873902 commented 3 months ago

Feedback

In the section 'Enabling Local Fulfillment,' I recommend modifying the line "You can debug the setup by following these instructions" to "You can debug the setup by following these instructions and, after a few days of use, confirm a successful implementation on the Google Cloud Console Analytics page."

URL

https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/google_assistant/

Version

2024.6.4

Additional information

Many users think they have local fulfillment configured properly, but are still using cloud fulfillment. There is a simple way to confirm that local fulfillment is working by using the above link. At this link, several graphs display statistics with local and cloud fulfillment analytics. Successful implementation will introduce local fulfillment statistics to these graphs. I recommend adding this link to the documentation.
