Bug when scrolling on mobile #33577

When scrolling on mobile, the website appears to want to snap to certain text boxes causing it to continuously jump up while scrolling. Two videos showing the bug in action are below.

For me, this started immediately when the new design was rolled out. Android, latest Chrome app. It makes reading the release notes nearly impossible on mobile.

Edit: and it's not only on the blog, also on other pages.
