At https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/aranet, the supported devices are reported as Aranet2 and Aranet4. However, an Aranet Radiation device is discovered, can be configured and reports Dose Rate, Total Dose, and battery level.
Also, the Radiation does not document "Smart Home" as a configurable feature. It simply has a bluetooth enable switch, which comes to enabled out of the factory. So one literally just needs to insert batteries, and assuming one has Bluetooth set up, and it's in range, it can be configured.
