Shark IQ integration broken? #34385

Hello, it seems the Shark IQ integration no longer works or the documentation isn't clear on how to log into it. Putting in a login with this integration results in a "failed to connect" error with no other helpful information. I whitelisted the domain as per the KB instructions, but there's no guidance on what to do from here.
