I recommend adding the possible values to the Sensor -> Current Printer State section as available in pyoctoprintapi/printer.py:

For completeness on the HA side, consider including "unavailable" for when OctoPrint is running, but the printer is not reachable (E.g., USB is disconnected, powered off, network issue).

This would be helpful for setting up HA Automations for the various statuses.
