Device tracker entities are disabled and invisible by default if there's no device from some other integration #34435

I was struggling to 'see' all the clients connected to my ASUS router to use some of those as device trackers. And I couldn't find most of those. After some searching I've discovered this issue and this comment: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/68344#issuecomment-1207735774

this is what helped me. I'm sure mentioning this explicitly in the documentation would help others too. Thanks!
