Asking for more information about how to utilize Ser2Net #34678

Hello, in the section "ser2net" is information about the config for ser2net on an remote host. I am struggling to find information about how to utilize the data coming from ser2net with EDL21. It would be helpful to add an example to the "ser2net" section which demonstrates how the HA config should look like. Cheers Bjoern

Found the information i needed.

  1. my old system was still reading from ser2net. This blocked EDL21 from reading the data. I had to stop this first.
  2. The correct value needed for "USB Device Path" when utilising ser2net is socket. This looks like: socket://IP:Port
