Feedback

After setting up my SolarEdge integration to Home Assistant, the only entities that can be added to the Energy dashboard are listed below and appear to only show cumulative, not current data:

The integration tracks the below current data entities that I would like to be able to add to the Energy dashboard for correct data display/gathering:

Hey there @frenck, @bdraco, mind taking a look at this feedback as it has been labeled with an integration (solaredge) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

Code owner commands Code owners of `solaredge` can trigger bot actions by commenting: - `@home-assistant close` Closes the feedback. - `@home-assistant rename Awesome new title` Renames the feedback. - `@home-assistant reopen` Reopen the feedback. - `@home-assistant unassign solaredge` Removes the current integration label and assignees on the feedback, add the integration domain after the command. - `@home-assistant add-label needs-more-information` Add a label (needs-more-information) to the feedback. - `@home-assistant remove-label needs-more-information` Remove a label (needs-more-information) on the feedback.

This FAQ explains exactly why you can't use power entities in the energy dashboard 😉 https://www.home-assistant.io/docs/energy/faq/#energy-vs-power

Thank you for this clarification. I wasn't aware there was a distinction. Given this, I don't appear to have Energy-related entities for what is going in to and out of my Battery from the integration. image
