Gateway Access blocked / GATE-04 not working #35207

Feedback

Hi - when trying to access my gateway I noticed that it is not possible so I reached out to Egardia and they told me that they have recently blocked the access by default but offered to open it for me (with no support) so I have access now. However, as you have stated on your site, my gateway GATE-04 is not working - just to confirm. Are there any plans to add support for the GATE-04 version?

Quick update. I tried version: GATE-03 for my GATE-04 and it seems to work.
