Cannot find Bluetooth IRK on latest MacOS #35220

Feedback

These instructions are not relevant on the latest version of MacOS (Sequoia) because the Keychain Access app has been replaced by a new Passwords app which does not seem to have a way of exposing the same information.

Hey there @jc2k, mind taking a look at this feedback as it has been labeled with an integration (private_ble_device) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

Code owner commands Code owners of `private_ble_device` can trigger bot actions by commenting: - `@home-assistant close` Closes the feedback. - `@home-assistant rename Awesome new title` Renames the feedback. - `@home-assistant reopen` Reopen the feedback. - `@home-assistant unassign private_ble_device` Removes the current integration label and assignees on the feedback, add the integration domain after the command. - `@home-assistant add-label needs-more-information` Add a label (needs-more-information) to the feedback. - `@home-assistant remove-label needs-more-information` Remove a label (needs-more-information) on the feedback.

I am unable to help with this ticket because I don't have anything running that version of macOS. Hopefully someone from the community can help.

Go to Spotlight search on MacOS (Sequoia) and search for keychain access and not passwords app, process remains the same.

Spotlight search found the app, but still opened the new Passwords app.

I did however find a way to open it, by navigating to "/System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/Keychain Access" and opening it from there, and even then it asked if I wanted to open it or Passwords instead.

Might be worth adding this workaround to the page still?

Thanks
