Update 'Selecting output source' section to better reflect source #35716

It states in 'Selecting output source': "The Spotify API cannot initiate playback to a device not already known to the Spotify API." However it's not immediately clear what this means exactly. I figured out this means "devices/services your Spotify account is signed into".

I suggest a small change in the sentence:

The Spotify API cannot initiate playback to a device not already linked to your Spotify account.
