"Cloud Text-to-Speech API has not been used in project **** before or it is disabled." To fix this, you'll need to:

Go to the Google Cloud Console using this link (specific to your project): https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/texttospeech.googleapis.com/overview?project=** Enable the Cloud Text-to-Speech API for your project After enabling the API, wait a few minutes for the change to propagate through Google's systems Then retry your Home Assistant connection
