Describe the bug When the mac is opened it reports the location as away for < 1 second

To Reproduce Leave for the day with the mac closed, return home

Expected behavior Mac should wait a second or two after waking or connecting to wifi before reporting location.

In Location History in Preferences > Debugging, what are the update reasons for those locations? e.g. significant location change, region enter/exit.

Same is happening here with the iOS app after updating from core 2021.8.8 to 2021.9.7. As you can tell, I skipped a few versions in between, so I can't pinpoint the exact version where this bug was introduced.

I just randomly get changed to "away" for 1 second:

Despite the logbook not showing any location changes (besides the one that sets me back to "home"):

History confirms there hasn't been any location update:

And my "everyone left the house" and "someone came home" automations get triggered:

Same thing is happening for 2021.11.1 on iOS still it is also due to it jumping in geographic region being entered and exited randomly for more than a sec, at for me. It actually happens for about a few mins.
