Extend README #122

I really like this project, it's very clever.

I personally think this could also be very useful for the Valetudo project, to create links to the API page that will always resolve to the robot of the user.

Sadly, the README is completely empty, so I have no clue how I would go about setting this up.

Could you please extend the README?
