It looks like this issue is related to Home Assistant Frontend. Please check the Home Assistant Frontend repository, the issue might have been reported already. Open a new issue in that repository if you can't find a matching issue.
Describe the issue you are experiencing
I created a dashboard, Star Trek style, which I personalized and which displays well with the "tiles dashboard" . But with the "sections view type" version I have an offset (caused by --row-height attribute). (The block class also changed from ha-card to card)

rpi3-64 (Raspberry Pi 3 64-bit OS)
