DNS container stops after upgrade to 2023.6.0

Receiving the following in the logs after the system automatically updated to 2023.6.0 (Home Assistant OS in Proxmox VM)

(Note: this error crashed Core and prevented loading due to the inability to communicate with MariaDB addon for recorder)

• Cannot restart the container, repeats the same issue.
• Have rebooted host, done ha supervisor repair ha dns update and ha dns reset
• Only solution at the moment to restore use is to downgrade to 2022.04.1
