What do you mean with 64bit vs 32?

I confirm what has been said ... with version 5.10 no problem (with 5.12 and 5.13 the addons are not visible)

same issue here, fresh installs of both the Home Assistant OS, and Supervised running on Debian 10 (all 64 bit, all running as vm's on ESXi 6.7) All experiencing the exact same issue. This has been reported for months, and largely ignored -- to the point where I'm about ready to give up entirely on running any addins at all on HomeAssistant. And let's try to keep the "learn linux, you noob!" comments out of this thread this time, please? I'm seeing the exact same errors as everyone else:

It you have an eero router you need to disable ‘advanced security’ under discover —> eero secure
Nope. First of all, I already have eero secure advanced security disabled.
Secondly, I have a third instance of HomeAssistant (one that's been slowly upgraded over the past year, as updates have come out) that is COMPLETELY UNAFFECTED by this issue. The repositories work great on that machine.
The two machines I've tried to setup since then, though, are totally broken with respect to the supervisor being able to manage addons. The only way to get any addon even installed is to take a snapshot from a working machine, and restore it to the newer machines.
To reiterate, this is NOT a problem with the eero. I have three instances of HA that I'm working with. The first, oldest one is a bit messy, but addons show up properly. Because it's otherwise kind of chaotic, my thought was to start fresh with a new VM, but neither a HASSOS machine nor a Supervised Debian 10 64 bit installation are able to do anything with addons. They are all three on the same network.

I also have an Eero, Advanced Security has always been off, and is currently off.
i don't have a eero but the issue persist...
From what I have seen there is a timezone mismatch in the supervision docker container, it could be that some dns spoofing routers are dropping these packages and therefore supervision can't resolve gothub.com I ant not wellversed in Docker so I don't know how to chk the timezone setting, but this is my assumptions. Any other ideas?

RE: Some kind of time zone issue -- nope. Verified that all times for the homeassistant, hassio_supervisor, hassio_dns, hassio_core_configurator are all sync'd correctly, and all show the proper time zone.
RE: some kind of DNS problem. -- also nope -- all of the listed containers above are able to properly resolve all of the repository addresses I have listed. They can all also ping the addresses.
The funny thing is that i can update ha core and supervisor without any problem!!
Any idea when this will be fixed/merged? I'm basically at a standstill with my HA installation because I can't add anything beyond the core stuff.
seems that nobody cares too much...
@pvizeli this bug is a showstopper for many users. You can't add an add-ons of any kind to extend HA beyond whatever is OOB.
Original Post: Same Issue here - sounds like this might be an issue with the entire system since it was working fine prior to the most recent update.
Logs:
21-06-01 22:26:26 ERROR (MainThread) [supervisor.store.git] Can't clone https://github.com/home-assistant/addons repository: Cmd('git') failed due to: exit code(128) cmdline: git clone -v --recursive --depth=1 --shallow-submodules https://github.com/home-assistant/addons /data/addons/git/96a017aa stderr: 'Cloning into '/data/addons/git/96a017aa'... fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/home-assistant/addons/': Could not resolve host: github.com
Update: I noticed that under the title of this issue, there is a line that says "May be fixed by #2901". After reviewing that page, it seems that a fix could be on the way...?
I opened a bash instance in the hassio_supervisor
docker container and I can ping google.com and facebook.com but I cannot ping github.com(I get the output "bad address") which seems a bit selective. Looking into this a bit more it seems like this could be related to alpinelinux/docker-alpine#155 which could be the potential cause since it appears the supervisor uses alpine 3.13.
Original Post: Home Assistant Core Update (2021.6.0) is available as of this morning. I am currently updating it and will report back if this problem has been fixed.
Update # 1: Unfortunately, the update to 2021.6.0 did not alleviate the issue. I am still not able to access the Add-On Store via Supervisor.
Update # 2: SUCCESS!! After reloading then restarting Supervisor, the Supervisor Add-On Store has now been restored. Hopefully everyone else is having the same success. Thanks for pushing the update!
After a bit more digging and switching to Home Assistant Supervised on Debian 10(On RPi 3b with HA OS prior) I was able to verify that in supervisor 2021.02.6 which is the version prior to the Alpine 3.13 update ( by updating this line to HASSIO_VERSION="2021.02.6"
) the HA addons were available. Unfortunately I believe there is an auto-update mechanism so the supervisor container somehow ended up getting back to the version 2021.05.4 shortly after installing the older version and the issue began again.
I created a script to handle uninstalling Home Assistant Supervised on Debian 10 and was able to uninstall and reinstall again to make sure. It does appear the container usage Alpine 3.13 could be the cause of this issue, that or the issue was introduced between versions 2021.02.6 and 2021.05.4.
All said I do find the route of HA Supervised on Debian 10 better since I can circumvent this issue all together by installing addons via command line( git clone <repo http url> /usr/share/hassio/addons/local/<repo folder name>
then reload in Supervisor > Add-on Store (tab) > ⋮ (button) )
I just started with HA. The missing addons in supervisor have always been that way for me. This problem makes it very hard to learn what is going on. I do not have a snapshot of when addons were working. My question were would get the snapshot or reload all . I have the Home Assistant Blue (mine is black) I also the eero. Can you help me with this?
@pvizeli this is still not resolved in Supervisor 6.0 (beta channel). I just updated and getting same error message. I've install fresh images on Pi3 (32 and 64-bit) and a supervisors Intel environment. They all give same error message below...

I'm going to try to load HA on VM and see if this works. I will bypass the erro, maybe that will work. The trouble is all my devices have been to the erro. Have you talked to support at erro?
@pvizeli this issue still exists. Not sure why all the reported issues keep getting closed without resolution.
I just updated to Home Assistant OS 6.0 and the add-on store has returned for me. I suggest giving that a try and see if people have similar results.
Problem still exists after update to OS 6.0 - Official add-ons are present for now, other add-ons still missing and can not be added - ex: adding https://github.com/home-assistant/addons results in log file below

I am not 100% sure why my Add-On Store failed in the previous revision/update, but I was able to get it working after the previous update and a restart of Supervisor. However, even after this most recent update, the Add-On Store is still working for me.
While I believe it had to do with syncing the correct time between the different "working parts" of the whole HA OS, I cannot confirm this since I was also having issues at the time with my ASUS Router (running ASUS WRT Merlin) concurrently running an instance of Pi-Hole and Unbound on a separate Raspberry Pi.
If I may make a recommendation to the users still having issues: Take a deep dive into your router's time syncing settings (as well as any DNS Resolvers that you also may have) to ensure that everything between HA OS and your network are reading the same timezone and time in general. I know this it's a long shot, and you may have already reviewed this, but it's a start. I will say that the support for this issue has left me feeling a bit... uneasy since no one from the HA Team has chimed in to provide... well.. any type of assurance that it was being worked on. I know this is a free piece of software for all to use, but when it comes down to it we should at least be given some type of guidance on the resolution and/or potential work-around.
Either way, I (and I can assume that everyone that has posted here) do appreciate all the hard work that has gone into HA and I thank the hard-working folks that have put their time into it and it's continued updates.

Describe the issue you are experiencing
Hi! Long story short: All the addons from the official store disappeared without any clear explanation. I've installed 5.11 a couple of weeks ago and everything was running fine (i've managed to install 3 addons and some integration), but one day the official addons were missing. I've tried to upgrade to 5.12 but nothing has changed.
Some other info: I’ve installed the 5.12 on the same nuc a lot of times trying to understand if was some wrong configuration by my side (debian and ubuntu, using kvm and virtual box). At the end i moved to win10 and vmware, and tried the last for version of ha os. With the 5.12 the issue was always the same, but with 5.11-10-9 the add-ons were working.
