The picture-glance card is currently not dimming icons for device_tracker entities when away as it does for sensors and switches. In my screenshot below, the top photo shows device_tracker.tristans_phone_wifi away, but the icon is lit. In the lower image, I created a template binary sensor using the state of device_tracker.tristans_phone_wifi. Using this entity, the icon correctly lights and dims based on state.
