Feature Request: Add input_number to picture-elements #162

If possible, it would be awesome to add the slider of an input_number to the picture elements card. Also if we could use the slider as a vertical in addition to the current horizontal orientation that would also be fantastic. Thanks! Love the new Lovelace interface.
