On / Off switch in Thermostat card #251

Browser and Operating System: Chrome / macOS

Description of problem: There is no way to switch the climate device on and off via the Thermostat UI element. If clicking on the UI overflow menu (3 dots) there is an on off switch. This switch should be moved into the Thermostat element itself and not hidden away behind the overflow menu.

There is an off button on the thermostat card. If it is not being displayed, your integration has not properly setup their hvac actions.
