Allow a calendar event to override a zone hold #254

Existing Behavior

If a zone is set on hold, calendar events are ignored and the zone stays on hold indefinitely.

Desired Behavior

A calendar event that has a "hold override" flag set takes the zone off hold and returns it to follow the schedule.
