"Off schedule" indicator always indicates true #316

Expected Behavior

HCC Remote and Swing Console only indicate that the settings deviated from the schedule if they actually did.

Actual Behavior

As of rev. 64222dec3ef937f9cd0212355077d68380553441, the indicator is always on.
