Dash-to-Panel version v59
Where was Dash-to-Panel installed from? https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1160/dash-to-panel/
Description
Came to report these same errors, tho I've not observed the panel missing
In my case this has consistently occurred while the screen was blanked and I'm away from the system.
Additional Info
See below for a slew of these errors, a set for each rendered window/element. Nothing too embarrassing, thankfully.
Seems like the panel dissapearing may have subsided, although I'm not sure if that's true or if i'm just lucky at the moment. Those errors are still there, though.
As I suspected, these occur exactly when the timeout on screen blanking is reached.
A simpler batch, with just one console window open this time:
I see several errors that look like this, although some refer to different objects. All refer to the panel or things that are supposed to be on the panel, however:
st_widget_get_theme_node called on the widget [0x55920575d990 Gjs_ui_panel_Panel.dashtopanelBottom:first-child last-child "panel"] which is not in the stage.
st_widget_get_theme_node called on the widget [0x5592057604d0 StBoxLayout:insensitive "panelRight"] which is not in the stage.
I filed #1977 specific to those error messages, with easy steps to reproduce.
No crash or disappearing panel in my case, hence the separate issue report.
If you can no longer reproduce the crashing/disappearing panel, perhaps you could close this one?

I no longer use this extension since I use dash to dock now, so I can't confirm if it still happens for me at the moment. I don't remember if it was still happening when I made the switch. I will close this issue though since it hasn't seen activity in a while so it's probably either been fixed or was just a one off or something
journalctl /usr/bin/gnome-shell -f -o cat &

There's also this one I haven't seen until this issue cropped up, but I'm unsure if it's related:
Describe the bug After a seemingly random period of time, the panel will disappear entirely and will not reappear unless the shell is restarted. Trying to disable and re-enable the dash to panel extension completely breaks the compositor and requires restarting, disabling and re-enabling the extension, then restarting again. Sometimes, the panel won't disappear from every monitor if using multi monitor, just the main one. This behavior was not present in the GNOME 44 version. Issue seems to occur regardless of which other extensions are present. Also sometimes logging out and back in doesn't fix it, only a full restart does.

This is the panel being missing but still being present on another monitor:

This is what happens if I try to disable dash to panel while the panel is missing:

It does this where the entire screen is moved down as you can see, i can interact with it if there's stuff in that small sliver but otherwise I'm forced to restart.
EDIT: the site i used apparently deletes files after you access them so i've changed it to far less ideal discord links. I could use dropbox or something but i dont feel like figuring that out.
