Disable Matter accessories in the plugin #864

I have the H7075 wall lights that are Matter compatible so they are native in HomeKit. I have other non-Matter Govee products that I use this plug-in for. is there a way to disable the Matter devices in the homebridge plug in? Right now they are showing up twice in my Home app, one native and one via home bridge.

I'm running into the same issue with the H6099 as it supports Matter natively but I can't seem to exclude it from the plugin. @bwp91 is there a preferred method to accomplish this?
