Duplicates and old names in devices list for plugin config #905

I have been doing some renaming and moving devices but it seems like the old names are still there and now there are a bunch of duplicates in my list of devices in the plugin config. How can I bust the cache and have the plugin pull down a new list with just the updated names?

I have deleted the plugin and restarted home bridge but it seems like there is some local cache that isn't busting. Those show up even without logging in

Looks like they save in home bridge cache and need to be removed
