Update Accessory Information #67

Updates include

config.schema.json - adding field for Serial Number to use the characteristic already present.
accessory.ts - changing manufacturer to iRobot

Sorry I haven't had the chance to get familiar with pnpm and changesets, but I wanted to send this one through since its small.

Once my PR is merged on Dorita980 I'll have one more small addition.

@rcoletti116 thank you, no problem. Those two tools really are as simple as described in the README :-) And once you start using pnpm you'll wonder why you put up with how slow npm is for so long!
