UpdatesAdding docs for obtaining your Roomba's IP address and notes about assigning a static IP address to your Roomba

I don't have a better answer for how to obtain an IP address ¯\(ツ)\/¯

This does seem to be a common problem :) You can also find the IP address in the iRobot app. Robot Settings > Wifi Settings > Robot Wi-Fi Details.

@rcoletti116 yes it does, increasingly, as I triage the old issues. If you have a moment, would you like to make a PR adding that to the IP address portion of the troubleshooting?
