Update Npm 8.5.0 to 8.7.0 #433

Would it be possible to up date Npm from 8.5.0 to 8.7.0

Hi,

This image ships the LTS version of Node.

Currently that includes npm 8.5.0. You can still update it yourself inside the container if you have a need to do so 😄
