Update Thai Translation

I think it would be better if you translate the file that is in the beta branch - there are a lot of new texts that are not translated.

Hi @tomzt thank you for the work so far, there are some conflicts on this pull request, which would need to be fixed before merging this.

There are also some new translations that could do with translating if you have some more time!

If it is easier to just start again with a new pull request then happy for this too of course.

Don't worry, I will translate it again. This time it was my mistake for translating the Beta part.
