Updates include

• NodeJS 20 support added
• Update of docker images to bullseye and Debian 11.7
• Refresh of node-pty from https://github.com/microsoft/node-pty
• Update prebuild.yml actions to latest version
• Refresh qemu components
• Create MacOS M1/M2 build
