When trying to get started developing my UI, I had to struggle a bit to figure out how to actually open the UI without having a separately-maintained homebridge installation somewhere.

This PR adds a bit of text to document what I learned.

I just wanted to add that I actually used the content of this PR yesterday when making a change to my UI. So at least I've found it useful more than once. :)
