A bit of googling around tells me it's coming from the Bluetooth library (https://www.npmjs.com/package/@abandonware/noble) when the device it runs on doesn't support Bluetooth LE.

Not sure how to work around that.

I could do something like https://github.com/lstrojny/homebridge-ble-thermobeacon/pull/22/files which solved this issue for https://github.com/homebridge/verified/issues/494#issuecomment-1367997056
