fdesetup exited with code 99 - Catalina 10.15.0 #26

Just started testing this. Be advised, Rich's Extension Attribute does not provide the correct feedback with Catalina, so I used the built-in FileVault 2 Partition Encryption State = Encrypted instead for the Smart Group settings.
