Help wanted: Incorporate Sparkle auto-updates into Recipe Robot

Recipe Robot could benefit from a self-update mechanism like Sparkle. Here are a few steps that would be involved:

• converting Xcode project to Xcode workspace
• installing CocoaPods and creating Podfile that includes Sparkle
• resolving any Xcode build errors introduced by above changes
• creating XML feed and hosting at a public HTTPS URL
